DESCRIPTION It is a top quality semi-synthetic water miscible coolant for universal use. It is designed for cutting and grinding operations. It does not contain chlorine, formaldehyde donors, secondary amines and their derivatives, resulting NOT DANGEROUS. Features: - good tolerability by the operators; - excellent emulsions stability due to the high resistance to bacterial and fungal attack; - excellent finishes level, cutting property and tools’ longer lifespan, even at low concentration; - reduction of the fumes during the process; - high anti-rust property; - perfect miscibility and stability even in hard water; - outstanding ways and sliding parts lubrication - high resistance to foaming, even with very soft water; In its original state, the emulsion is clear, translucent, opalescent and its concentration grows during usage. Its mineral oil content is between 15 and 20%. APPLICATIONS The versatility of this product is one of its best features. Indeed, it can be employed in chip removal as well as grinding operations (in particular in centerless grinding) on ferrous materials, in centralised plants and in the tanks of individual machines, especially numerical control ones. Its outstanding antifoaming property ensures excellent performances even on operations with high-pressure pumps and in those situations where the coolant is strongly splashed or subjected to air insufflation. It is suitable for both high water hardness, but make sure you measure it before using this product, and for very low water hardness. OPERANTING INSTRUCTIONS Pour slowly into water, and make sure the mix is perfect. Recommended concentration levels: Grinding operations 4-5% Average machining operations 5-7% Heavy machining operations >7%
